Fee Structure

The fee for the entire CAPSTONE PLAN is currently $125 [U.S.].

This includes online delivery of both sessions, Part One and Part Two, each of which can be purchased separately. Payment is due at the time of the agreement to participate.

When you become a client, in addition to completing a significant number of exercises, you can expect to engage in at least three to six coaching/counseling consultations of up to 30 minutes duration online by email or chat.

Each meeting is to be devoted to evaluating the progress that you may be making in the PLAN. This will consist mainly of a mutual analysis of the results obtained by completing the assignments. We shall focus on what you have accomplished and your state of motivation, as well as any related concerns you may have. However you may request assistance at any time by an email, a reply to which you should receive within 48 hours.

If after six consultations, or six months, whichever comes first, you still have not identified a suitable occupation, or applied to a targeted job opportunity, we shall discuss the value of continuation. If you verify that you have obtained a job before beginning Part Two, you will be charged solely for Part One, upon receipt of legal proof.

Terms And Conditions

1. Contract Terms: Your agreement to participate in the PLAN generates a commitment to the furtherance of your career on the part of Capstone Careers. this is a professional coaching and counseling firm, not a job placement agency. It is understood that all fees payable are payment for coaching and counseling services in the search for an appropriate career.

2. Services: All services afforded by the PLAN begin immediately upon acceptance of the individual as an individual who can benefit from the PLAN, and payment of the specific fees. If during the first three days of the contract, there arises a need to cancel the contract, one hundred percent [100%] of your fee will be refunded through the method of payment. After this period, the fee in total becomes non-refundable.

3. Tax Deductions: In some instances the costs and other expenses incurred during participation in the PLAN are tax-deductible. It is preferred that you consult with your tax advisor or the Internal Revenue Service to determine the amount of the deduction.

4. Cancellation Policy: A cancellation must be made in writing or via email within three days after you begin the PLAN.
